Brian began serving as Lead Pastor in May of 2025. He lives in Williamson, GA with his wife Ivy and their 3 children, Brady, Max and Ruby Kaye. Together they are committed to knowing God and making Him known through the teaching of His Word and their way of life. As Lead Pastor of Mt. Gilead, Brian serves alongside the church elders as “first among equals” and aims to lead the congregation faithfully, into an ongoing and abiding relationship with Jesus, that they may experience the hope, joy and peace offered to us in Him.
Rex Dugger became the Senior Adult Pastor at Mt. Gilead in 2024. He enthusiastically leads the “Happy Timers” senior adult ministry here at Mt. Gilead. He and his wife Vicki have served faithfully in our church in many areas over the years. Tyler began as our Minister to Students (Youth) in 2025. He and his wife Kaylynn have a heart to see youth come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and to grow spiritually. Tyler is bi-vocational and works full time in the commercial plumbing industry. He and Kaylynn have two children. Mandy began serving as our Children’s Ministry Director in 2019. Mandy and her husband Travis have been connected to Mt. Gilead for a very long time. Travis grew up at Mt. Gilead and attended until his early 20’s when he met and married Mandy. They served as missionaries in Southeast Asia from 2001-2009 with Mt Gilead as their sending church. Since returning stateside, they have been involved in many different church ministries ranging from Children’s ministry to leading worship. They love children and are excited to spread the love of Jesus to our Mt. Gilead children as they grow in their faith. They have 3 children of their own. Ashlynn has been with us since 2025. She began leading the choir ministry, which until that time had ceased to function. Shortly after, her giftedness and heart to serve was evident to all and she naturally took to the helm of all worship arts at Mt. Gilead. She leads all musical offerings here at Mt. Gilead and works with members of the church to assemble our choir and praise band/singer ministries. She and her husband, Ryan have 2 children.
Sandra and her husband Johnny are long time members of Mt. Gilead. She will likely be the first voice you hear if you call our church office and she will answer your questions and help you in any way that she can. She works hard to keep us organized in our office and day to day responsibilities.
Julie keeps an eye our finances. She makes sure our bills are paid and that we honor God with our finances. Julie works closely with our Finance Committee and Church Treasurer to ensure that everything given to Mt. Gilead is used for God’s work.
